Here you will find a self guided program consisting of 6 modules. You determine the speed that you want to go through the program.
Module 1 - Mental preparation
Digging into your goals and reasons for this journey, identifying your beliefs around reaching your goals, and establishing your baseline…aka stats to monitor progress.
Module 2 – Nutrition
Learn how to figure out your calorie allotment to achieve your goals, how to track, and what is flexible dieting
Module 3 – Exercise
Review cardio style, lifting weights according to your goals and how to put a program together
Module 4 - Roadblocks
Common roadblocks you may experience through your journey such as no time, feeling lazy, and injury
Module 5 - Expectations
What can you expect during your journey. Impatience, old habits coming up, and self sabotage
Module 6 - Moving forward
When you finally reach your goal we review how to keep your results with consistency, maintenance, and reverse dieting
